
Supporting National Enterprise eLearning for Small-to-Medium Sized Businesses

We are proud to announce the launch of a new eLearning initiative in partnership with MENTA, the Norfolk and Suffolk enterprise agency, and the National Enterprise Network. eAlliance is providing a learning platform with access to over 25 customised modules of eLearning resources and accredited online programmes, specifically designed to support the development, growth and sustainability of small-to-medium sized businesses. The categories that are covered by these eLearning resources and programmes include:
- Business Enterprise
- Skills for Business
- Workplace Training and Compliance
- Social and Corporate Responsibility
- Health and Well-being
- Personal and Behavioural Skills
- Microsoft Office Training
Included in the above offering are two accredited programmes – ‘Enterprise Awareness for New-Start Businesses’ and ‘Planning for Growth and Sustainability’ – completion of which will lead to a formal award in business enterprise. These were designed and developed by the eAlliance team to support the requirement for flexible, self-paced online learning and development in preference to attending workshop events, but still attracting enterprise funding.
Alex Till, Chief Executive of MENTA and Chairman of the National Enterprise Network, has highlighted how the partnership with eAlliance to deliver online learning and development has doubled their capacity to work with businesses they had previously been unable to access. He also expressed the value of being able to offer a hugely diverse range of courses 24/7 and the potential for enterprise agencies to increase their ability to impact on national economic growth through the provision of an eLearning platform.
