To mark the launch of our new eLearning Management System, Learn and Grow, we are inviting 5 organisations to participate in a 12-month trial offer including 50 FREE USER LICENSES and FREE access to our extensive eLearning Course library.

Learn & Grow is a flexible learning hub through which you can plan, create, deploy and manage any range of learning activities. Built by our award-winning learning technology partner, Unicorn Training, the system provides all the features you would expect from a modern, high quality LMS.

General Information and Terms and Conditions of Offer

This offer relates to the eAlliance Learn & Grow system with standard features only, as detailed on our website.

Optional features that may be included on your system are:

• Corporate branding of your home page
• eCreator enabling authorised users to create their own eLearning content
• Loading of question banks for online assessments
• A managed service for the creation and loading of training pathways and programmes
• Creation of online qualification programmes and related learning resources

Details of these costs are available upon request.

Priority of inclusion in this offer will be given to those organisations registering the earliest interest, but this shall not reflect a commitment to proceed by either party.

This offer is for up to 50 FREE user licenses per organisation with FREE access to the following eLearning Library categories:

• Workplace Compliance and Legislation
• Skills for Business
• Leadership and Management
• Sales, Customer Service and Relationships
• Coaching and Performance

Access to other eAlliance course categories not listed above will be subject to an additional charge dependent on a) chosen category and b) number of licenses required. The duration of additional course licenses is 12-months from purchase.

It is our aim that you should get the very most out of your system, so in addition to the above, eAlliance will provide FREE consultancy and support, to assist in the setting up of your system, user training, initial learner programme planning and content management.

Those organisations that are successfully included in the offer will be able to register additional users at a discounted rate of £25 per user, with a minimum order value of £250. Additional users will have FREE access to all the eLearning Library categories listed above.

A one-off fee of £4,500 will be charged for the set-up and implementation of your system which will be payable upon acceptance of order.

This promotional offer is available for 12-months from the contractual launch date of your Learn & Grow system.

By accepting inclusion in this offer you agree to:

• Provide feedback on your experience of using the system via surveys that will be conducted after 6 and 12 months system use
• Participate in a case study, which we will agree with you after 6-months and publish by the end of your initial 12-months usage
• Product endorsement subject to your satisfactory experience based on criteria that we will set out before the end of your initial 12-months usage

eAlliance reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time, where a successful applicant fails to fulfil their obligation as set out above. In this instance, the organisation may elect to cease using the Learn & Grow system, or pay standard costs, based on usage requirements.
